That is fascinating. I cant wait till I get my summons tomorrow. Megas going after share holders? Is that the re-dress he was talking about? What kind of ploy is this? He obviously can not hold an E-Trade customer liable for buying shares? He may have something up his sleeve, but to sue me and a thousand plus like me is reprehensible no matter what the intent. I certainly hope the others are correct in stating you have to be NAMED as a defendant before we get bent out of shape over this.
