With all this info a reval makes absolute sense to me. We cannot have disgruntled Iraqis running around watching all of this infra structure going up and they are treated like a communist country (Vietnam example). The reval imo, must comport with the high influx of foreign revenue. Can you imagine all these Iraqis put to work by Foreign Companies only to be paid in micro mini dollars :O) OK here's your paycheck for a week..go and buy 1/2 ounce of salt for your family.
