Sorry to hear. Not many new treatment options but if it is still primary then worth investigating Progen's soon to begin PI-88 Phase III trial. The Phase II results just released were impressive. I believe they will have US sites. Sorry can't be of more help.

Nexavar is not yet approved for Hepatocarcinoma but shows promising results and is already being used by physicians I know off label for that indication.
