John, I highly doubt your estimations will come to pass. You honestly believe the justifiable market cap is only $3.25M? LOL!

The initial increase in the OS to 250M was part of the reverse merger negotiation. The subsequent increase was to provide the company with treasury stock to accommodate long-term growth. Your investigations would have uncovered this information......

For now, I accept the steps the company has undertaken to plan both for the short-term and long-term.

....and if the pps does in fact drop to $0.013? I will be buying 500K more shares.......
