That is exactly my thinking. Although, I don't know that we could get the .0002's very easily buying retail. You may end up with just a partial fill, if anything at all. I think getting 500,000 for .0003 is more realistic an expectation.
My opinion is that 500k free trading shares are worth more than 1M shares that are restricted for AT LEAST a year - more likely 2 years, with what I know of the "fee structure" that is associated with unrestricting shares.
