#95765 RE: exceo #95707

OT exceo: A few qualifications here:
newspaper horoscopes are pretty much worth the paper they're written on, and that's being generous. Generalizing twelve different horoscopes for 6.5 billion people makes little sense. The real art is in analyzing 9 planets (or 8 plus Pluto if you prefer), 12 zodiac signs and 12 houses for a given moment in time, do the math on those combos and then add in the effects of their aspects or angles to one another, and the result is like a fingerprint - no two alike. I personally believe there is a lot to it but humans at this point in their evolution have a fraction of the knowledge of the true scope.

That being said...

Mercury does indeed change signs on 27 April, moving from Aries into Taurus. That's a planetary thing in general, not specific to any sign. Mercury is the communicator or messenger, mental in nature. Aries is impulsive and fiery, while Taurus is deliberate and practical. I'd much rather have major happenings for ERHC or any business matter with Mercury in Taurus than Aries. But, Mercury is a fast planet and will move into Gemini in May, so it's only a window of time. Plus, planetary influences are rarely so precise as to relate to a specific day, they are more longer term trends, so I would expect nothing specifically on 27 April. I don't know what sign your wife was reading and what other energies are at play here, so the true picture is likely much more complicated and wouldn't it be nice if that generic horoscope was right? I'd never bet on it but like all positive news it's nice to think about.

And that exhausts my knowledge and willingness to spend time researching this matter. What would be interesting would be to have a professional plug in ERHC's date and place of incorporation and see what the entity itself tends toward, as well as how the current planetary alignment relates to ERHC's own chart in affecting matters. (IMO this is not fate, only a predilection, free will is always at play.)

Enough of this for the board I'm sure. For myself, I have to say it is fun and a bit addicting.
