Lowman, another thing I think many totally overlook is that WRNW is diversifying into the chemicals and services field. WRNW is positioned to be called upon to service O&G operators that need those services, no matter who they are. WRNW is hedging themselves perfectly.

Going back through the PRs and my own investigations, though admittedly not as extensive as DD, Lowman and several others, The news makes more sense now. My first reaction was that the deal looked dilutional (hehe) and I now see that if any at all it will be minimal. Increased my position while all was quiet here. We should see buying into close as others also figure this out. I just hope many didn't panic and jump before thinking this through, and the selling was just good old 10 minute strategizing. Thanks for those cheapies.

From a recent PR, looks like their looking for more leases.

"We will be working with Parker Anderson on several strategic initiatives that also involve property working interests"
