There are nice buys going off right now 1 mil or more at the ask. Interest is here.

R/S will not happen. The settlement is against it. There is no need for a R/S right now IMO. I think the company was looking for equity finance with the stock using dilution. The dilution has ended here so far.
They seem to be doing business now and have big buyers using the license for the product.
10Q has been delayed. We could get news on that any day and boom!! Another run is possible.
As I type this more 1mil+ orders at the ask. Looks real nice currently.
