Not really, it means that when you take the number of shares outstanding x the share price, this is the valuation currently based on these factors.

The 504 $1 mil is funding being raised by the company. The company gets these funds by selling shares to the market. Currently I guess the company might be 3/4 of the way there? I hope more.
