The last few months have seen a number of positive and outstanding developments for Imperia Entertainment Inc. We hope that investors and shareholders will thoroughly review these developments and share these sentiments as positively as we do.

We have extended our hire of CapitalPros Network (http://www.capitalpros.com ) for at least another six months to assist in media relations and expand media activity and communication in the financial markets. CPN is educating investors, the Broker Dealer community and interested parties through syndication, press coverage, financial media and multiple distribution platforms of the IPEI opportunity. CPN has also agreed to participate in some internal consulting matters and is in negotiations on business development issues for the firm.

"Say it in Russian," a film staring renowned Academy award winning actress Faye Dunaway, is due to go to final mix and film out the first week of May, in 35mm format. We plan to screen the full 35mm version to distributors at private screenings and major film festivals and markets beginning next month, and our market testing has shown it to appeal to a wide variety demographic, including females age 14 to 24. "Never Submit" is now in the process of 'hard' pre production, and has opened production offices in Missouri, where it has been granted $400,000 to $500,000 in rebates from the state. It is scheduled to begin filming on May 12, 2007. This is an inspirational tale similar to "Rocky." An amazing cast of characters will round out this film; each from different walks of life; each with his own set of circumstances and motivating factors driving him to be the best. "Never Submit" is a metaphor describing the way these athletes live their lives.
