I never picked .036 as a target, lowman did. IMO its gonna run higher on the next spike. the right shoulder is always the biggest on an inverted head and shoulders.

We're about to start a PR campaign into the most BULLISH sector on the OTC. The money flow we could see into this stock over the coming weeks/months could send this to WAY overinflated levels.

IMO, the odds of this bet are better than most on the OTC.
