I feel your pain :)...I lived through it as well. If you have your ducks in a row the process only takes a few weeks. Once the DTC and SEC approves it then the actual transfer takes a couple of days for settling purposes. Most of all the necessary requirements and preparations are done prior to the actual transfer making it very seemless. That is where Donnie screwed everyone.
