Too much flippin goin on here. Get too cute and you get washed out. I've heard stories of flippers losing out on the Hemi ride. Sometimes these things take off and never look back.

Dude, that's part of the risk you take when you buy. Don't dis someone who makes money. Starbucks gets your $5 for 1 drink when you can spen $5 for how many ounces of beans and make your own coffee. Point is, there is allways someone selling, never take it personally!!!

Yes...the best flipping strategy is the flipper that remains silent to the board.....

Bottom line: announcing and then hyping that you are flipping is the same as indicating that you must have it to both ways.....and that just will not fly.

IMO opinion a flipper will never gain the backing of any board....yes they can profit and that is what we are here for...but all can still profit from silence too.

One good outcome from a flipper.....it allows the other members of the board to post constructive remarks, DD and strategies and in that manner we all can learn.
