RE. Scottrade...
Perhaps I will be able to confirm that tomorrow. I called my local office today and asked them to look into where we are at with Soma. Said he would call back tomorrow(it was late). This may seem a little odd that I am just now calling around to find out where I am, but in light of the recent questions surrounding the trading exchange confusion as well as the certs being "labeled" restricted when sent, I'm glad I waited to inquire. By not having requested my certs ahead of time, I'm hoping to fore go the conversion from "restricted" to fully tradeable and also see whether Scottrade will "acquire" OTC stocks instead of FF ones... automatically. Not knowing how this actually works, and having seen all the grief that others were having trying to figure it all out, I decided it would be better to stay put and see what I will have to do when the time came. Anyway...
while I was at it, I asked what the fee would be to trade EQBM if I desired and was told an extra $20 on top of the normal fee. I suspect that would also be the case if Soma is gray instead of pink. We shall see. Check back when I here.
