I don't think so-- I seen it as a cautionary tale, if anything. The writer was correct by saying that the big boys will lose their leverage has the PoG rises ... but with the big boys and because of their lower beta-- it's a heck of a lot safer to use margin.

Here's a comparison betweet the NAZ QQQ and Canadian Gold ETF-- and with margin who needs to be a stock picker when all you need to do is properly time the market? <vbg>

Exactly right, IMO. Most juniors still selling below $35 per reserve ounce..., have sold my majors now but juniors still appear undervalued relatively. I would suspect more majors buying juniors at $50+ per ounce (at their now high share price multiples) and then get that $200+ reserve ounce valuation on the increased ounces due to the acquisition...
