I am amazes that people putting so much emphasis on audited financials. It seems to me a basher has made this an issue and now other people are carrying the torch. If you initially bought without A/F, why now say it is a requirement? This is PINK SHEET! You don't get A/F's on pinks.

However, we will be reverse merging to OTCBB some time this summer. Then you will be getting what you want.
