Slop: I don't have any privy info on that guy. I became aware of a Europ connection a few month's ago..(2 or 3..but I can't recall exactly at this moment).
The heat is picking up and any deals that may be coming..will certainly be put on the A list. I'll stick with Europe as being in the thick of things for now. I do understand that DNAPRint is (rumored) to be involved it another Cali case, as well as a Texas case. But that is not very new..(just not talked about much and I don't know why).
I view the "up to 8 million" as a double edged sword. It's not like they get 8 mil. They have 'access' to it if/when thing's go their way. Heck, I'm still of the opinion that they won't 'need' it...and they'll be the ones to say 'No Thank-you'.
I believe that there will be a considerable storm of activity in the next few months. And all this waiting around will have been worth it. But, in the end, the science still has to have applications. DNAPrint isn't an idea company..it needs some meat to be cooked. I think we have some in the freezer..and better yet..it's thawing.
