I first wrote negatively about Sulja on 11/1/06. It closed at 11.5 cents that day. As far as I know, nobody cared about the negatives then. Of course now we know that things are much worse than even I imagined at the time. Then it just appeared to be no AF, declining Windsor business, no Mideast deals. Now we know about the millions of dollars pocketed by Sulja employees and their nominees. We also know about the market manipulation that coincided with the lying PRs.

Thats what the class action suits are about.
