Doug, one of the interesting things about this particular group is the connections with people like Michael Lai in the US, Benjamin Li and John Tam in Hong Kong, and others in Taiwan and Mainland China.
There is also a connection back to Zengen through Lee's Pharmaceuticals. For instance Zengen owns 3.3% of Lee's and James Lipton (Zengen CSO) is on Lee's Scientific Advisory Board. Lee's are also involved with a pre-clinical study using Zengen's peptide technology. Lee's have an interesting multi-faceted relationship with both Zengen and PRB, and potentially offer a gateway to Greater China.
You might notice that there is also a "focus" on eye disease amongst some of the PRB Scientific Advisors and the CSO...
What do PRB/Lee's have that we want? That remains to be seen, but I think there are several possible ways that this could develop and there is certainly plenty of scope for synergy.
BTW, I know for a fact that W2P has been waiting for months for the PRB website to be completed!
