Interesting find....
The Phoenix homes web site even has a logo similar to PBLS?
I see they have a toll free customer service number but no mention of PBLS in the ownership.
Clifton C. James and associates mentioned in the article about the 70 million dollar Marine park project also does not mention PBLS relationship.
PBLS seems to be trying to fly under the radar and we should expect the unexpected.
