#1762 RE: Doodlebug #1759

I consider the Cohen Report interesting...

...but would not rely on it with regards to any 'new' or 'non-PR'd' information unless I could corroborate the info elsewhere. So it is an interesting tidbit that begs for additional explanation. Strangely this Cohen Report came out in the summer of 2006 and not a word about this 500 acre property since. As I mentioned in earlier posts...I recall Lynn also 'hinting' about this property at last fall's AGM meeting as well. Will have to dig up the video again and double check that. Do you still plan on stopping in at TIV HQ to ask?

Regarding the rigs...I emailed Felicia a couple weeks ago about the wording in the 10-k. She emailed Lynn, got an answer, and emailed it back to me. Basically it said the wording in the 10-k was in error and they would always do TIV work first and contract out as a second priority. However TIV said the Nevada rig is the only one planned to work contract work on geothermal wells on a continuous basis. The others (7-9 rigs) are based in CA and, supposedly, are to work TIV efforts as a priority. So that is why my question about no visible rig efforts as yet at Pleasant Valley or Moffat. I guess we will see if they are being contracted out but it wouldn't make sense if there is TIV work to do...which is what we have been told for over a year. Can they all be working Temblor? The 10-k mentioned the rig operations had only 15 employees through the end of 2006. Doesn't sould like enough to manage, operate, and man 7-9 rigs. Although the 10-k mentioned the number of employees has more than doubled to over 30 people in the rig operation as of March 2007. So maybe they are finally gaining momentum...soon to be seen at TIV properties??

Maybe you can ask about # of rigs in service...and where...if you go there to discuss the 500 acre property.
