It does say that on http://otcbb.com/marketwatch:

Trading Halt - News Pending
Trading is pending the release of material news. OTCBB issue is a deritive or component of a security which is listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market, U.S. exchange, or foreign market or exchange, and there is a trading halt on the underlying security.

But see, trading WAS really halted based on SEC rule 666, which grants NASD the authority to halt trading based on irregularities. So the OTCBB T.1 seems like bogus to me, or I can't see which 'material news' still needs to be announced.

Gotta just love the bogus smoke and mirrors here. Banana Republic.
