Raven Moon Entertainment is a good example of a stock that pretty much always trades at .0001. From the time I first noticed them they were RMOO, then RMEI, and now RVME. All changed R/S. That stock and Pacel Corp are good example of long term effects of dilution.

He doesn't have to file bankruptcy, he can leave a worthless shell behind (a la QBID)and avoid paying legal fees for the filing.

Yes, it can and most will likely go sub .0001 where you will not be able to buy/sell via Ameritrade (as well as other brokers) unless you place a market order. Then the flippers (using brokers that allow transactions at sub .0001) will get your shares for .00005 and turn right around and sell it to some newbie for .0001 during a pump and double their investment. Welcome to the penny stock scam...

He makes 200K per year, with 15% increase anually.

He has 122M shares which was at .17 he was already at $20,740,000.00 Dollars.

Now lets see. $20,740,000.00 / $200,000.00 = 103.7 Years to make. Why didn't he sell any of his shares THEN ...........

YA! JF is going to bankrupt this company
