It might not have been based on a closeing price.

The B stock Ullman and ( ? ) got for their money (loan)convert's at 7 cents per share

When they got the 51% of CPS Dato's A stock converted at a much higher price then the B stock issued to Ullman and the others.

Of course Dato's A stock is a moot point now
