I think the following:
1. With the past history of ATWT and where runs were squelched because certain people were telling the news ahead of time (and with good intentions) and news leaking before hand and then any good PR's brought the price down,
2. Mr. Wiley is keeping quiet now and has been for some reason, why? (could be nothing to PR or could be lots that are accumulating)????
3. It was mentioned in the past that Mr. Wiley would like to make shareholders some money, including friends of his that hopefully are in this stock as well,
4. He has a minority owned business and that has to be in his favor in getting some business,
5. I think the shareholder letter, given to shareholders first, means something in there that he wants us to get the info first and this coincides with a massive marketing strategy (will have to see how effective this would be),
6. There have been lots of mentioning of contracts in his PR's but nothing more mentioned (could be he didn't get them or could be they are coming in just taking a while longer) and he wants to PR them together,
7. Why would he R/S as some would believe if he raised the O/S? Doesn't make sense to me.
8. People have been recognizing per charts that there has been accumulation, so why? who?
9. I believe Mr. Wiley is very arrogant but in a good way for us, and people like that in business do not tend to fail or quit. They succeed one way or the other and I think this is his baby and he will make it work,
10. Lastly, I'm red and would like it to go higher!!!
