No its the agent for the state they are registered in as a corporation....
In this case I posted a while back that both ATLJ and ILGY were registered in California with the same agent of service!
Subsequently they resigned for ATLJ.... I am assuming they would be the people you would contact if you were going to process them with a corporate complaint or suit for due process?
That's why they have to be registered to do business...
With all this talk on the TA and the fact that Altj wants to get away from them it might become beneficial?
