It's a daunting task to go after the CEO personally of any corporation (one of the main purposes of incorporating is to limit the personal liability of the officers and owners), doubly so when it's publicly traded (the first thing the judge is going to ask is, "why didn't you just sell?"). Then, with Larry being a Canadian, there are jurisdictional and enforceability issues.

Background work is being done, but it's still to early to determine if, let alone who (the SEC itself is a potential defendant).
