Helps alot. So much going on with this it, it has so many different scenarios. My soldier life was everyone standing around blameing one another or whos fault is it. My goal was fix it and move on, we'll figure out what went wrong later in an AAR. Sounds like this could be the case here. By the looks of TELA and what went on Friday it could go into Monday big. So my question is when do they decide I mean at what point do they decide what the shares would be worth. Just saying what if TELA went to 3 bucks a share or what if TELA went to 20 cents a share. How do they make a decision on the timing of our share price. Know what I mean. And also I would like to Thank-you very much for answering my first post. You are the only one to take the time to give me some time. GLTU

A reverse merger/reverse split would effectively wipe out all shareholder value, solving the greater problem from the SEC's perspective I'm guessing. Is that a possibility here?

How many shares will be dumped on its way up to 1.00 if it ever gets there?
