Janice, IMO it would be very foolish to think or even assume that the last PR was not released by the company. I'm pretty sure that the lawyers are well aware of what their client was going to release.
BTW, I only asked Jim if he had ever spoken to Mr. Anderson because I was curious to hear what he had to say. When I called him he didn't say much, only asked me to contact Scott Murray at the OSC. It was one big run around when all they had to do was send me to the registrar.
Just trying to get caught up here, seems many do not believe the PR to be valid because the spokes person was not named, or contact number not given. Many of you will not call the company because you do not believe anything they say; why should a contact number be a factor if you refuse to use it!
Also if you had a spokes person's named does that mean you would believe it to be 100% acurate?? LOL
After all SLJB is involved in a OSC hearing and under SEC's watchful eye. If I were under such a hearing I would strive to put my best foot forward!! Meaning anything PR'd would be 100% verifiable!! JMHO
Just came across the last PR..LOL that sounded like an April Fools day release..LOL At least Petar and companions have not lost their sense of humour...LOL
