i agree wholeheartly. On the flip side of the coin DEP can certainly see the tremendous potential of SPNI and that is why Robert Bell of DEP said that "this is truly a win-win situation" with the merger. I'm sure DEP has been approached by other companies about merging. I think people will be suprised at the strength of fDEP. The kind of business they are in is a huge cash flow business.
