Investors like La Jolla?
I seem to be looking at this from a different point of reference. I don't view DNAP as being lucky to have found La Jolla, or that DNAP had to greatly impress La Jolla. I view La Jolla as an OTCBB and Pink Sheet finance company. I also view OTCBB and Pink Sheet the way I believe most folks do. Therefore, I place an equal amount of prestige on La Jolla. Meaning not that La Jolla is a scam of some sorts, but they feed in the pond where OTC micro-caps swim. I do agree, DNAP needed to do something or they would die...I'll take it over death any day. As some one said earlier, start-ups are often funded this way. The conflict in my thoughts lies in how much I want to believe DNAP isn't like all the other penny stocks out there. I'm waiting for them to evolve into something bigger and better. I don't want to see late filings, shares ripping off the printing press, execs being rewarded like they run a Blue Chip, message boards haunted by dishonest low-lifes. They seem to be gaining a certain level of respect on the academic, law enforcement, and news room floors, but the I believe the respectable money is waiting for a more convincing transformation.
I will remain cautious. My comfort level will mature as the company matures, I'm sure.
I totally respect and appreciate all of the views you folks share here on this board. I guess it's could be considered foolish of me, but I'm not near as cynical towards the motives of those who post "here" as I am the company who I've invested in.
Good fortune to you
