Thats what leave me to believe there is a missing little tid bit of info . Maybe there are no plans to distribute the money or there is infact a large amount of debt to be covered . I don't really know but not hearing back from the company is never a good sign .

Give them time to get everything together before they issue a PR. Investing requires patience, and sometimes you just need to wait.

The way I see it is a PR will definitely be released by the end of the month, and I am willing to wait until then!
