I have to agree with you regarding TA....although I never quite heard it described that way...LOL. I have always felt that possibly in a vacuum it could be a tool in following a stock, but with different news always circling the market...whether specific to that one stock, or an industry, or a natural disaster, asassination, etc, charts cannot possibly factor in the unknown.

Yes , its time for this company to speak up . They have the deal , great but what does it mean for everyone else ? How do they expect to get relisted and have a steady flow of investors when they just clam up and won't even return phone calls or email ??? Its total B/S .......
