NOPE. Stuckholders get an equal number of TELA shares. TELA, Yucatan & the attorneys get the rest of the bogus shares & go after the ISSUERS & SELLERS of said remaining illegal shares. End of story.
NO-MOASS...at least no mo-BHUB-ass!!! We can't have MOASS all the time, but there will undoubtedly be plenty of times when we will see mo-ASS!!! LOL
I'm REALLY happy that these folks stepped up to the plate in this manner. It will minimize the pain (& potential financial loss) that some might have had to endure for who-knows how long because of this problem.
Everyone should be happy that there are honest, responsible, diligent & decent people like Darrell Peterson, et al. down here on the otc...a rarity I'm sure most will appreciate when all this shakes out & the bitterness & confusion subsides.
