I did not need this post but here is one post I happen to believe...I simply know dilution when I experience it...I am 99% never wrong about it either....Maybe it is because I am emotionally detached...

Just got off the phone with the TA...The O/S as of yesterday is 622,525,998.

Speaking with them this time was a little weird...they put me on hold for a while and then came back, asked for my name, put me on hold again for a while, came back and told me they can't tell me the restricted shares unless I write to them or something like that.

Just seemed weird to me cause usually when I call they don't ask for my name and they usually just give me the share structure right away....but anyways thats the O/S up to date as of April 12th
