Ummmmm...which part of: "Techlabs, Inc. plans to assume the rights and privileges of the shares and intends to pursue all available legal remedies, with The BigHub.com, Inc., against unnamed parties that were in receipt or responsible for the issuance of the unregistered shares attached to BHUB." isn't clear???

No more BHUB, no more MOASS. Period.

TELA & Yucatan "plans to assume all rights and privileges of the shares and pursue all available legal remedies" blah, blah, blah...

The attorneys are gonna make a bundle going after the issuers & distributers of the illegal shares, but so is TELA & it's shareholders because anything recovered that isn't spent on legal & regulatory fees will go to the company's bottom line.

Everyone except the perpetrators (willing or unwilling) of this scam wins in this scenario.

The stuckholders get an equal amout of TELA shares in a 1 for 1 exchange of post-split TELA shares, which will UNDOUBTEDLY be worth CONSIDERABLY more than BHUB's pre-halt peak pps of .007 because TELA only has a float of ~2.8MM shares has already started to be bought by MANY (yours truly included...hehehe!!!) & it will be flipped to smithereens until the date of the forward split is announced...then the fun REALLY begins.

Newbies stuck in BHUB will dump out as soon as they receive their TELA shares, but smart cookies will start gobbling them up & an entirely new round of flipping will begin.

Plus TELA is a hurricane play and a severe hurricane season is forecast for 2007.

'Nuf said I believe to paint a clear picture of what's gonna happen here.

Brilliant Solution to what could have otherwise happened to stuckholders in DTC/SEC hell.
