I understand, but passwords can sometimes be guessed or stolen. It has happened before in similar situations: False PR meant to manipulate a penny stock.

I remember reading awhile back where there was someone with Consultech in Detroit that was authorized to issue PR's on behalf of the company through Market Wire. Anyone else remember this? That person would "have a specific "password" or code".

Password or code to give to whom? By whom? Every outlet Sulja distributed the press release to? Are you saying that each media outlet has its own code that they have given to Sulja to identify it as being authentic?
