LJ However, the article goes into more depth, especially about sweetner production, than what is found in the business plan. Sweetners (Xylitol and Sorbitol) were not even mentioned as products UNTIL after Siam arrived on the scene, and maybe only in the last PR, as I recall. So, from what I understand, the article is different from the business plan/white paper.

Look at this "old" patent from Pyrogenesis and then imagine, how it developed to the Alcar technology (found this in an old post from April 200&):

"A two-step gasification process and apparatus for the conversion of solid or liquid organic waste into clean fuel, suitable for use in a gas engine or a gas burner, is described......This offers higher thermal efficiency than conventional technology and produces a cleaner fuel than other known alternatives. Also I have never seen the 2 graphs before in any documents on the website, those are details that appear to have never been disclosed before.

Read it for yourself and compare to white paper and BP. New info is in there.
