the link you provided is to back up the claim on the stock cert airys brought back. it all goes back to the claim the sljb/NV owns the lumberyard.
funny how you avoid answering about the stock cert.
does it show 100% ownership?

I have not stated that the stock certificate is "fake". I have stated that the Government of Ontario requires the exact name of the corporation to be on the stock cert. I have stated and shown the exact name of the Lumber yard incorporated in Ontario in 1987 is Sulja Bros Building Supplies Ltd. See my post #259165.

Now reading another post there has been a name change. This did not show up on the November D & B which again clearly states the name of the lumber business as Sulja Bros Building Supplies Ltd. This did not show up in the December business search either.

IMHO that stock certificate does not transfer ownership of Sulja Bros Building Supplies Ltd (Ontario) to Sulja Bros Building Supplies Ltd (Nevada). I provided the information and in the end all here need to view all information and make their own decisions!
