To do this stuff justice, one really should look at several indicators and try to reach a consensus, and I presented only one indicator. It is rare that all TA indicators agree, usually you have to consider a bigger picture. This is a useful exercise for me - I am going to reread the book, which I haven't done since starting option trading. Good luck!
