I didn't need to have SIAM verified. Some do tho...and I appreciate his
effort & expense doing it for the good of the board.

Unfortunately...some will never believe but that is their prerogative.

If I am wrong...it will cost me my stake in this company...and I'm
fully prepared to accept that...but I will not be negative & accuse the DR.
of misgivings on Micky Mouse circumstantial evidence propagated by
people with an agenda.
