When you post statements like:

It carries with it the unmistakeable message that those guys, who have already visited the place, who have the power to inspect records that normal people can't get to, who do this every day of the week, were not able to find this one piece of paper which was posted willingly for the entire world to see. And then that it takes the great intellectual gifts of your PI to read the maker mark off of the front of the paper.
Having thus read the mark, he is then able to deduce that these would be the people to call to determine when the form was ordered. But apparently the OSC was unaware of all of this as you state that they are now ALERTED, now that Binzur and the PI are on the job.
