WagerPhone partners with Impact Mobile

Apr 16, 2007 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Internet solutions company New Wave Media Inc has announced that mobile gaming software developer WagerPhone Inc and Impact Mobile, a provider of self-service marketing platforms for mobile marketing, will be partnering to offer a variety of mobile services and solutions across North and South America.

According to the company, WagerPhone is focused on providing national and state lotteries with a number of quick and easy-to-use methods to purchase lottery tickets and scratch cards using SMS, J2ME, Brew, WAP, Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) and online technologies.

Impact Mobile's solutions complement and extend WagerPhone's business and will provide the company with the ability to generate additional revenue streams, claimed the CEO of WagerPhone.

No financial details were disclosed.
