"Siam Renewable Energy Group Ltd is an International Business Corporation formed by Private Investors who started different technology funds and venture capital groups active in the energy sector since the early nineties. The successful group will make the information for fund transfers available to ACMG shareholders through their lawyers."

IMO...this consortium has been doing this type of investing since the '90s (per the PR)...BUT...I believe they form a corporation or company for each different investment. That is why we can't find anything about them. They just formed the corporation/company for this deal. They may have 5 or 10 different ones going...with different investors.

That's my take on it...but who knows???

Sorry for the delay, had to drive home. You are absolutely right. The PR does identify them as an "International Business Corporation" and they do use the suffix of LTD, limited by shares. Quite frankly, I either didn't notice it when it was released or it just didn't make an impression on me at the time. That would increase the liklihood of finding information on them somewhat.
