Well, without getting into the whole meaning of "incorporation", what I had reference to in my post was that a "consortium" such as Siam Renewable Energy Group, appears to be a group of separate, individual investors ,OR a group of corporation (OR company) investors, gathered together to form the consortium called Siam Renewable Energy Group. It is possible that this group COULD have been formed for this paticular venture. As such, a group like this would likely have little, if any "company" type information on them.
