TDA did same to me and had to call for my order.

I said to her, having issues getting certs, and she said no, just want to keep an eye on the trades, that's all. OOOOOKKKKKKK!

Scottrade no online allowed but when you call they say online is allowed and you will have to pay full price to place the trade. I closed all may windows and cleared all cookies and history as they suggested. Still says no online trades allowed and they won't give the online rate. Screw them.
Two of my stocks are restricted by them and they have done this before and they don't give a reason.
Have a nice day! Just needed to rant to someone so I don't drink too much tonight. Actually maybe I will drink too much. Feeling better already. GLTA
