Thanks JJ. So sometime in the next 10 days BHUB will have to issue a press release stating that the "15c211 has been submitted to the DTC"... if they want to keep trading in the pinks.

the 15c is already filed. They filed it on friday, it just takes 3-5 days to clear. no worries.

Hopefully some people heeded the advice to get out each night and buy in after 9:45 each morning - BHUB is a day trader stock - it's not, and never was, a long play.
