The company can't even get information from Continental. As far as I know, they have been requesting an updated shareholder list for some time now and Continental will not provide it. This has become a big problem. Continental will not even transfer the T/A to another company unless the WHA buys out the contract.

I'm not worried about it though All of this is just more for the Nevada lawsuit, in my opinion.

Continental doesn't give T/A info on any stock I know of.
