Briner never put in 500,000. That money was never delivered. He paid approx 277,000 dollars months after the original 500K was due and only after the stock had crashed. So we know how he did it don't we?

He issued stock to his own name and to the name of GDVM Briner made the agreement for 11 million shares with Nexus Capital Holdings ( a non-existant Texas Corporation) and instead, GDVM got 8 million and John Briner took the rest.

There was no consent for this to happen. None, Nada, Zippo.

The funny thing was his lawyer in Nevada caught it and tried to change the suit to reflect the supposed interest of Nexus Capital Holdings until the WHA issued a PR stating that the real owners of Nexus Capital denied any knowledge of any such agreements with the WHA. At that point the Briner Nevadsa lawyer changed the suit back to Nexus Asset Holdings. LOL it's almost like a skit on MAD TV.

Talk about being caught red handed! Briner was completely unveiled.

i have to agree with you on this one - it would seem that such a pr would give much needed information regarding the share structure. IMO interest in this stock will be nil until such info is provided.

to counterpoint - perhaps given the transfer agent fiasco, the outstanding shares are still undetermined given the arguement that many shares were unauthorized. I also think that given the BHUB mess, this info will not be pr'd but taken care of via the courts.

I am also assuming that the above info will be provided in the response to the lawsuit and countersuit and the numbers outlining shares outstanding will be given in sort of a timeline analysis.
