Froggy ~

You are so incredibly eloquent with your thought provoking posts . . . on the surface.

I think we all know that you would/will take the guaranteed smaller profit each and every time. Good and evil is in this world and for the most part, goodness reigns. Meaning, well you know exactly what I mean.

At any rate, there are enough long term investors, common and professional who possess the intelligence to see that what is here is breakthrough science, on many levels. It is not of the type of breakthroughs ever seen before and there are people who can and will support this science and wait patiently for its reward.

Just like the good book says regarding the Second coming of Christ returning like a thief in the night, where untold numbers of people will be left behind . . . a similar scenario will happen here as well, to the traders.

Best Wishes,

Frogdreaming,

Dr Frudakis, the careful scientist, used the phrase "wildly profitable" in describing what he considers to be the result of this funding.

I suspect he was able to convey that same enthuiasm to the folks at La Jolla, which would come into play during their negotiations.

Gabriel, gomez, and yes, Frudakis, I'm sure have read the gloom and doom stories coming out of the Convertible Debenture world.

I simply don't believe they would enter into an agreement which would place in jeopardy their entire future.

The agreement should be satisfactory to both parties, but, I'll wager, it's not as one-sided as you paint it. If La Jolla is to enjoy profit from it, DNAP will, as well.

Once before, I argued that we, sometimes, just have to go with the good doctor and his judgment. This is one of those times.

frog - there are no guarantees that LaJolla will automatically make money. You should know better than that! This is a stock that at a nickel can loose 40 per cent of it's value in a day or two. There is simply no guarantee at all the LaJolla can dump tens and even hundreds of millions of shares and still take out a profit. This is not General Motors, this is a very volatile penny stock. The very act of trying to dump that many shares could cost them the profit they are trying to preserve. And yes, it is safer keeping the money under the pillow. Period.

Bottom line - if you read my previous post you will see that I am not convinced that Dr. Frudakis' financial acumen comes even close to matching his scientific acumen, but I don't think that LaJolla would have made their gamble without very good reason to think that the stock is going North in the near future.

regards....
